Meyrani Training provides Aboriginal-led cultural responsiveness training services, including online and face-to-face workshops, educational resources, and consultation services. Our services are designed to build cultural understanding and capability within organisations.

3. Registration and Booking

When you register for our training services:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Registration confirmations and course materials are for your use only

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

• Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified
• We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed methods
• Late payment may result in suspension of services

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before training: Full refund
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before training: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before training: No refund
• We reserve the right to cancel training due to insufficient enrolments or unforeseen circumstances

All content, materials, and resources provided by Meyrani Training are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants in our training programs must:

• Treat all participants and facilitators with respect and dignity
• Engage constructively in discussions and activities
• Respect cultural protocols and sensitivities
• Maintain confidentiality of personal stories and experiences shared
• Refrain from discriminatory, offensive, or disruptive behaviour

8. Limitation of Liability

Meyrani Training's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
